Shipping: In stock orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from Park City, Utah. Standard shipping is $10 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Orders over $100 ship free. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Refunds: We want you to love your order. Unused canvases and accessories in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping. Kits that have been opened, custom canvases and sale items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@shopclubhousestitch.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right. To start a return, email us with your order number.
